Your own system

Each company gets its own installation of Controller, with its own database. Your clients, contracts and numbers are never mixed with another company's data.

Who can see what

• Every person on your team has their own login. There is no public sign-up.
• Permissions by role: you decide who sees prices, financials, messages and reports, and who can delete records. These rules are enforced in the database, not only on the screen.
• Optionally, each salesperson sees only their own clients.
• When someone leaves the team, you deactivate the user and the login stops working. Anyone can sign out of all their devices.

Infrastructure

• The application runs on Vercel and the database on Supabase (PostgreSQL), established cloud providers.
• All access is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• Our hosting and database admin accounts are protected with two-factor authentication.
• Signed contracts are protected against deletion and price changes.

Integrations

QuickBooks, DocuSign and Twilio (SMS) connect to accounts in your company's name. The access keys stay on the server and are never shown in the browser. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time.

Backups and export

Backups are part of every plan. You can also export all of your data at any time, from inside the system, without asking us.

Our access

Resstel accesses your system only to set it up, support you or fix a problem, and never shares your data. The data belongs to your company. Read our privacy policy and terms.
