Terms of Service
Updated October 28, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms govern the use of Controller, a management system provided by Resstel Solutions Corp, a Florida corporation based in Orlando, FL ("Resstel", "we"), to the company that hires it ("Client", "you"). The specific plan, prices and setup scope are described in the proposal or service agreement you accept; if anything in it differs from these terms, the proposal or agreement prevails.
2. The service
- We set up Controller with your company's brand, host it, keep it updated and provide support according to your plan.
- The features of each plan are listed on our website and in your proposal.
- We work to keep the system available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is done outside business hours whenever possible.
3. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Monthly plans are billed in advance each month; annual plans are billed in advance for the year. Setup fees are described in your proposal.
- Monthly plans have no minimum term: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid.
- Guarantee: if you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the monthly fee paid.
- If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may suspend access after notice, without deleting your data.
4. Your data
- The data you put into Controller belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service and never sell or share it.
- You can export your data at any time. After cancellation, we keep your data available for export for 30 days, and then delete it.
- You are responsible for the information you enter and for having the permissions needed to contact your clients (for example, SMS consent).
5. Third-party accounts
QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, Twilio (SMS) and similar services are contracted in your company's name and paid directly to them. Their terms and availability are their own responsibility.
6. Proper use
You agree not to use Controller for unlawful purposes, to send messages without consent, or to try to access data that does not belong to your company. Logins are personal and must not be shared.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Resstel's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify you in advance of relevant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Orange County, Florida.
