The website has no sign-up and does not store data on a server. The contact form only builds a message and opens your WhatsApp or your email for you to send. We receive what you decide to send: name, company, phone, trade and your message.
If you text us at (689) 219-6195 or ask us to text you, we use your number only to reply about your request and our services. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not send marketing SMS or emails without your permission.
Messages reach us through WhatsApp (Meta) and email (Google Workspace), which have their own privacy policies. The website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the website is hosted on Vercel.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads: it records page visits, clicks on WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email, and when the contact form is sent. Meta may use cookies for this. The pixel does not receive what you type in the form. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings or block cookies in your browser.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data you sent us, at contato@resstel.com.
The data that client companies keep in Controller belongs to them. The handling of that data follows the service agreement signed with each client.
